One of the requirements is that you have classroom and range training. Chicagoland Detective Services, Inc. provides the required training that exceeds the city of Chicago requirements. The cost of this training is $100.00 and it includes firearm usage (Glock 17) and classroom instruction. FOID card assistance is also available.
